Biography

Lucy joined NSA in 2023 as a Senior Historian. A former Principal with SouthArc, Lucy assists with research, writing, and editing of historic materials. She has extensive experience conducting historic research, completing historic architectural surveys and evaluations, prehistoric and historic archaeological surveys and excavations, National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligibility determinations, historic resource documentation, writing, technical editing, and preparing materials for the general public.
