Sarah Janesko, MA

Sarah serves as an Archaeologist in the Fairfax Office and began with NSA as a Manager in the Veterans Curation Program lab in 2016. As a lifelong Marylander, she experience conducting archaeological research, field work, and curation in the mid-Atlantic region. She is a Registered Professional Archaeologist and has worked with state and federal agencies She is engaged with efforts to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the field of archaeology and has a passion for connecting people with the past in ways that bring wonder, healing, and understanding.
