Biography

Andrew joined NSA in 2022 as Project Manager for Georgia Department of Transportation projects. He previously served in a variety of roles within cultural resources management and environmental consulting, including stints with the Forest Service and as an embedded reviewer at GDOT. Andrew helps NSA’s clients and internal teams navigate GDOT’s cultural resource review process.
