Brittany Hyder joined New South Associates in 2019 and serves the company as an Architectural Historian in the Greensboro, North Carolina office. Brittany holds a B.A. in History from the College of Charleston and a M.S. in Historic Preservation from the Clemson University and College of Charleston joint program. Brittany’s graduate studies included an emphasis on HABS documentation and material conservation. Prior to joining New South Associates, Brittany lived and worked in Nashville, Tennessee, where she contributed to National Register nominations, cultural resource surveys, and Section 106 reviews in Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, Alabama, and Arkansas.
