John Kannady serves New South Associates as an Archaeologist and GIS Director. His extensive experience includes cultural resource management; GIS analysis and modeling; spatial data management; conducting archaeological surveys, testing, and data recovery; as well as archival research, report preparation, construction site monitoring, and site mapping with professional-grade GPS units. Mr. Kannady has been lead or co-author on several hundred CRM reports and has a thorough knowledge of Section 106, NEPA, and SEPA guidelines. He has provided support for several companies in understanding and implementing these guidelines as appropriate in their own work.
Mr. Kannady has worked in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, and Idaho) since 2007 and throughout the Southeastern U.S. and Eastern seaboard since 1999.
