Justin Elmore serves New South Associates as a Lab Analyst and Assistant Mortuary Archaeologist. He received his B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a focus on forensic anthropology and his M.Sc. from the University of York, United Kingdom with a focus on bioarchaeology and skeletal trauma. He has conducted fieldwork primarily in the Southeast and research on skeletal collections from the Southeast and Southwestern United States, in both modern and archaeological contexts, along with cemetery and mortuary contexts abroad in the United Kingdom.
